His journey as an educator began during his residency, where he quickly became a favourite demonstrator among MBBS students and a trusted academic guide for his co-residents. Even at this formative stage, his ability to simplify complex concepts and make pathology engaging set him apart as a natural teacher.
Over the years, Dr. Arora has mentored numerous pathologists and laboratory technical scientists, playing a pivotal role in shaping their professional competence and confidence. He worked with leading institutions such as Max Healthcare and Marengo Asia Healthcare, and have contributed internationally as a medical consultant, machine-learning medical expert, and image annotation specialist for U.S.-based organizations including Alliance Labs, GarnerBio, SygnaMap, Cogito Tech, and Onward Health. My experience spans diagnostic consultations, AI-based tool development, LLM medical data validation, and high-accuracy training dataset creation.
