Dr Pandey not only known for his diagnostic expertise but for his enduring passion for teaching, mentorship and Academic inclinations. He has published more than 100 scientific manuscripts in various international and national journals.
His journey as an educator began during his post graduate training at Sanjay Gandhi post-graduate institute of medical sciences, Lucknow where he quickly became a favourite demonstrator among his postgraduate students and a trusted academic guide for his co-residents. He has been guide to numerous DNB and PHD students during his mntorship. Over the years, Dr. Pandey has mentored numerous scientists and technicians and laboratory technical scientists, playing a pivotal role in shaping their professional competence and confidence.
