To access the Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized use of the Services is prohibited.These courses are designed for professionals to supplement their learnings from existing, traditional methods of learning. In no way these courses can be considered a replacement of formal education

All content provided through the Services, including course materials and trademarks, is the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. Disruptive behavior during classes is not tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

• Enrollment fee for each courses shall be specified and is payable in full in advance
• Any session can be rescheduled basis trainer availability, and other factors. The rescheduled date and time shall be communicated well in advance. No refund shall be offered for session reschedule
• In the event of course cancellation, we will give you the option of registering for a different course/same course at a later date/full refund
• Fee once paid, is non-refundable

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content.

In no event shall the platform be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our maximum liability towards you will be the enrollment fee paid by you.

All disputes are subject to Uttar Pradesh  jurisdiction only

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
